"Although Mr McInnes candidly made a number of statements against the interest of the defendants when giving evidence, some of his evidence was directly inconsistent with material records, his recollection of many events was poor, and some statements recorded as statements made by him in the defendants'contemporaneous records are misleading or untruthful." 2022WASC357, page 20.
