Perhaps I'm off the mark but the key words for me in the ann were in the third paragraph, "The schedule proposed by Carbon Energy to Government..." That indicates CNX have come up with the timeline to fast-track the development not the Queensland government.

I agree with the comment about the Chinese; these are people who build sky-scrapers in 10 weeks, there should be more progress and for a company the size of Haoqin they could probably find the next payment in the secretary's petty cash tin.

20% increase in the share price on an ann that essentially says nothing new.  There are a lot of people watching this company from the sideline.  Imagine what the price will do when stage 1 is complete and paid for!!

I think the options are becoming increasingly attractive??
