This slide in the annual presentation (page 8) shows they have sought to learn from their M2/Vocus days. Integration is occurring within a pillar, so assets & customer types that are similar are being integrated. M2 didn't do any integration, it kept bolting on businesses and struggled with the strain of that technical debt which also meant it couldn't be agile / manoeuvre as the market changed because doing something different had to be implemented multiple times across the various systems.
