Scratching my head atm.
Don't understand the reasoning for the delay. As i said, they are only raising $1m, which is at the same price as the $4m placement which was well oversubscribed. So surely it would be taken up without issue.
Or are they planning on raising much more than the $1m (can they?) & entice more shareholders with a last minute announcement?
Sell side becoming very thin again, and buy side building.
Watch this space.
