I have been in ANP since circa 2012 with a small investment. I do not recall ever seeing any of the terms of the licencing agreement that ANP has with Ionis which it has been stated on HC expires in 2023. Which is probably prior to us reaching commercialisation of ATL 1102.
Is anyone on here able to advise me what happens should Ionis decide not to renew the licence with ANP for ATL1102, do Ionis just throw a chunk of money at ANP to purchase the patents or do the patents become worthless if ANP no longer holds the licence for ATL1102, does the voucher become worthless.
Are there any trigger points where Ionis is obligated to renew the licence/
Any info about the licence would be appreciated. I have gone back through the announcements from 2011 but I couldn't locate anything
