Same here, only the guy I spoke to started asking questions when I told him I wasn't taking up the offer - had quite a lengthy chat with him and he said he would be providing some feedback to the Company so hopefully they get the message!
He wasn't from ANP as you said but some Equities firm consultant acting on behalf of the Company so I guess they were trying to get an indication of how many holders were taking up the N-REO.
Let's see what next week brings??
