Looks like raising $1.2m? Convertible bond at 15% interest? (Cant seem to see any announcement with details of terms other than what's in this announcement)
They must still have a ton of the old CN still outstanding too. I haven't updated the conversion tracker for a while since I haven't been following, but I don't think there have been more than a couple of $50K conversions in that time.
