Tmt crashes on an offer of 12:1 from AVL, they up the offer to 14:1 and TMT barely moves and now AVL crashes the moment the merger is looking like it will be voted in favour of..
Does anyone like this merger? I mean, anyone who is willing at this point to vote with a buy/sell button?
The fact support is falling out the butt, not only does no one holding either side seem to like it, but outsiders aren't exactly wanting to jump on board either..
Maybe it does have to happen, but obviously the timing and how it has been presented to the market is nothing but a complete failure by anyone who had a hand in orchestrating this.

I'm not even bothering anymore with which company is better or benefits more or less from the merger, we've ALL had 30%+ wiped off our equity since this was announced and no sign it can't be 50% by January.
