Can anyone explain how this deal is good for AVL holders? Seems great for TMT holders. Meanwhile I'm watching the value of my holding plummet and about to get diluted to Timbuktu. Wish I was paying attention as I would have sold out before the drop and bought TMT shares instead like some other smart cookie on here did. Anyone care to make me feel better about holding this dog?
