    Hahahah hilariously, Still Capital Pty Ltd underwrite for 50% of the shortfall. Pretty safe to expect the shortfall to be the entire amount, they’ll have to subscribe for $1m of shares. For underwriting they’re paid $250k as a commission!!!
    Raise 1m, 25% of it straight back out the door hahaha
