I had a quick RE-READ of the Prospectus dated 3rd June2024.
the Financials were based on CLZ Classic Minerals as Financial snap shot --31st Dc 2023.
Since the 31st Dec 2023 there has been the following ASX Announcements -
a Consolidation of shares and at least 14 FOURTEEN Applications for quotation of securities...
If the Company was serious about wanting this to succeed --I would think they would supply a FULL and Up To Date Financial SNAP SHOT --as of TODAYS DAtTE at close of Business.
How do they expect anybody to do Due Diligence -- when they continue to alter the playing field and make applications for securities?
