Ann: Update - Proposed issue of securities - CNJ, page-19

For those of you who dont know, GSR shareholders need to vote by May 31 to merge with Horizon....... This farce of a CR has been deliberately extended to coincide with this..... The SS has been deliberately held back also because of the vote....... It is both boards who are deceiving everyone...... To add to this , the GSR board are trying to give themselves 33,250,000 unvested performance shares as well which is based entirely on the SS for Mt Thirsty....Yes. Thats right.....A lot of GSR shareholders are grossly unhappy about this....And of course the regulatory bodies are sitting on their hands and doing nothing about all of this........We are absolute mugs in a rich mans world...........So I guess we will probably get to see the published SS once all of the snouts have been cleaned......Good luck fellow retail shareholders.....
