Well whats another billion shares to the registrar like its not like they havent been down this road before and given GB Capital are underwritting this to the tune of 1.2mil means besides the obvious that being dilution is the fact that GB Capital will be pumping and dumping and feeding the begezzes out of this dog just to continue bleeding any retail who think this company is worth a punt when the only thing they will be doing is playing in the hands of GB Capital who will be doing all they can one way or another to recoup any loss they have to fork out with respect to the shortfall payable...also pre consolidation period wasnt there 3billion shares and already they are inching closer to 2billion...how good is this company....16 years and still doing the old rinse spin and repeat.
