All of your dozen points above are valid reasons to say no, the theft of $26m from the trust fund was just the sour icing on the cake. My holding has lost hundreds of thousands and a few friends are underwater a couple of million dollars since the highs of late 2021.

The massive destruction of SH wealth due to the appalling incompetence of the management group over the last couple of years should be more than enough reason for every shareholder to say no and to demand the removal of these last remaining idiots asap.

All just imo, of course.
