The General Duties of a Director as given by the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors) is “overseeing both performance andcompliance in accordance with the organisation's purpose and objectives”. It would appear Peter P has not met this standard. Peter P's efforts of late for cleaning up the mess of this apparentprevious lack of oversight does not justify, in my view, the issue of this amount of shares. I will be voting NO.
