I can't find a recording of the last quarterly, but there was something that I think was said by Neil Wilson along the lines of "...we are transitioning away from a founder led company..."

I think the point he was trying to make was that the decisions would no longer be made by the founders, but by those who had more experience in the roles that were occupied by the founders, like CEO and COO, along with the board

So what was the role of the board in a "founder led company" for all these years? In my opinion, they've proven to be nothing more than a rubber stamp for the excessive whims of the founders, have not provided the oversight and council necessary to reign them in, failed to ensure the company was on a sustainable track and failed to earn their keep as board members
