Hey Wiz, how do you plan to vote in regards to Peter P's granted options and additional employee options ?? I really struggle with supporting Peters allocation on several points. 1) He was acting CFO and oversaw the new accounting practices after the previous F*up via an external provider (I believe ) at large expense to Dubber- How the hell did he & the external provider not pick up the missing $26 M and 2) More then likely Dubber are close to locking in a new CEO- so why gift Peter another $500 K in options ?? DYOR
