I’ll vote NO and NO! Not that it’s going to have any tangible impact, but just because like you and so many other holders, I cannot justify voting for PP to get a free kick of half a million dollars given he was in charge of the finances when McGovern (allegedly) nicked $26m. It’s my view that none of these cowboys still in charge of this company deserve anything other than the sack! They should be marched out the door asap, not gifted millions of shares for their incompetence. Just imo of course.
