To clarify - it's only the $26 million that was allegedly stolen that is why you are voting no, and not the litany of poor decisions that happened under his watch, including, but not exclusive of:
- The unsustanable growth of the company of people with large salaries after the $100 mil cap raise
- The insane travel expenses of the management
- The expensive office refurbishments during COVID when the workforce was shifting to work from home/hybrid
- The $8 million dollar dispute that has still not yet been resolved
- The leasing of the London office for about $1.5 per year (AUS) that went unused and is now back on the market
- The retrenchment of 40% of the workforce that they grew the company to the same week that Oscar Piastri's sponsorship was known
- The vanishing of the dubber notes for teams product when Microsoft launched a very similar product in built to teams after a week or two
- The "long list" of moments that would be delivered every 4 to 6 weeks. We're now at about a year since the launch and only 4 have been released
- The failure to launch of the "Actions" functionality that James Slaney showed in the same launch video and has not been mentioned since
- The $10 mil cap raise when they didn't need to raise it since they had $30 mil in the "trust account" - I still want them to report the timeline of the funds from their investigation to see if this cap raise was knowingly done under false pretenses
- The disputed $1.8m contract that has eventuated in the last quarterly
- The showering of shares as ZEPOs to themselves and employees
All of that you're ok with. But it's the missing $26 mil that's got you voting no?
