    SPP now reduced to $1.5M (from $4M) in total.

    Most eligible shareholders would apply for the max. $30K.

    That’s only 50 people. And Orion have put up their hand to buy anything leftover.

    I expect the SPP to be oversubscribed and scaled back.

    Things have changed a bit since the placement announcement hence the higher price.

    EMN is now an EU Strategic Project and have a new shareholder who is a billionaire. Plus the EBRD increased their investment further.
