Extension of Closing Date for Entitlement Offer
Godolphin Resources Limited (ASX: GRL) (“Godolphin”, the “Company” or “GRL”) advises that it has extended
the Closing Date of its Entitlement Offer by one week to Tuesday, 15 August 2023 (5.00pm Sydney time).
The extension of the Closing Date (previously Tuesday 8 August 2023) has been made to allow all Eligible
Shareholders additional time to consider their participation.
