I wonder if the company hasn't received the demand from share holders it was hoping for or if they're just trying to lock in a set amount in the raise. I see it as negative if SH don't take up this offer even though I am not in a position to do so. Negative because it means those underwritten shares (85M) will likely be sold on market as soon as a profit is realizable putting more pressure on the SP. At the current rate that's almost 6 weeks of turn over.
TBH if I could, I would buy through the SPP and not on market.
