you save a few $$ buying via application at .08c and ICR get benefit of the extra capital in their coffers which should benefit shareholders in the long term, so i have made an application for what i was entitled to plus a few more to round it off, and will see what happens.. i may sell in the short term some or all and then i may hold for long term some or all, have made no further decision yet, the market is behaving weirdly lately
