while seems they have delayed the shareholder meeting to approve their placement …. So it can be done …
But again the dates are somewhat oddball.
if they sell Saddle Hills that is 5 year strategy to develop a product( bolt on most efficient bottoming cycle) thrown out the window….not sure why they wouldn’t take that to production now…
boost their combined installed MW from 20,000 to 20,016 MW over past 10 years ….
