Well that's interesting. They are only issuing 12,250,000 shares whereas they originally announced 17,750,000 shares were to be issued after a "heavily over subscribed" placement.
The difference is 5.5M shares which just happens to match the number of shares the directors notified the Company that they intended to apply for. 5.5M x .04 = $220,000.
They probably need to clarify what's going on?
