Interesting that PPK keeps pushing back the issue date. The court’s orders required that the shares be issued within three business days of the judgement, ie within three business days of 14 June. I would think that if Flynn was satisfied with the decision and had no plans to appeal it, he would be pushing for PPK to meet the exact terms of that order. PPK’s repeated extensions of the issue date to a point well past the day required by the court’s orders suggests to me that perhaps Flynn is considering an appeal and has told PPK not to yet issue the shares.
