The chemistry can be tweaked for sure but I doubt there will be any game changing breakthrough on this front. This is only because of the math and my limited understanding of physics and chemistry.

Not saying RFX won't make it, and I hope it does, but at the moment everyone should realize that any funds put into an RFX CR is a (potentially tax deductible) donation to a worthy cause rather that something that is guaranteed to deliver a return.
