Consolidation is desperately needed. 3.5 billion on issue destroys liquidity and marketability. Probably a 20 to 1 crunch needed here.
Possibly a new face on the board to drive renewal. Nothing wrong with the existing guys but I suspect they are stymied by the " intestinal worms" controlling this stock. They've done nothing but " clip the ticket" and now, from perusing the register, you can see they've backed themselves into a craypot....well and truly stuck.
I'll take a small punt on a terrible mess and wait for either, signs of rejuvenation or, a death spiral
