    Companies dont need to advise the market if the cost is below a certain threshold, they certainly are required if its "significant", but not sure how they are defined in practice.

    It would be good if they announced it anyway, for transparency and it should be a good news story.

    OTOH, may all our acquisitions be so cheap that its not required.
