The maximum number of Options to be issued is 436,016,838 Options. This is an increase from the original number disclosed of 347,754,860 Options. The Company will accept oversubscription up to the maximum.

They have increased the max TNROB to be issued, but this could still be at a ratio of 2 for every 5 held, as from memory, its a little bit less than if every holder had taken up the offer. (Please check my math!)

Could also be that lots did not take it up, and they have also increased to offer some those that subscribed for left overs, but that seems a little less likely.
