This update today was only to specify that shareholder approval is not required.
Is it possible the first part of the CR, to the sophisicates, is 0.0145, and to retail it's 0.0140 ??? Is that a typo, or are they actually different amounts??
I'm sure we will get clarification about this.

That's the carrot. Those buying these shares at 0.014 (or 0.0145??) will get two lots of options, both at a 1:2 ratio.
eg. buy 100 shares, you get 50 options at 0.023, and another 50 options at 0.03.
The 0.023 are pretty short duration, expire this September. They are unlisted, so you can't trade them.
The 0.03 options will be listed, and you can buy sell. Have 2 years to buy/sell/exercise them.
