BTW, Nowhere did I say WKT was going into liquidation, I said 'Administration was likely" if they didn't secure the funds from shareholders under last years capital raising, as you know WKT needed to obtain the ASX's approval to extend the offer period and they needed a director to chip in $400k to secure the minimum amount, it was later found this director was excluded from taking part in the capital raising, I honestly don't know why you only tell HC people part of the story, if this director didn't chip in the funds WKT would have had to refund all of the capital raising funds and most likely would have needed to be placed into voluntary administration.
