I would have thought WKT would have closed the "proposed issue of securities" now that the first BMCG deal has been terminated.
If BMCG does force the US$700k, WKT can then provide an updated prospectus and issue a new "proposed issue of Securities" when/if this happens.
As you would be aware, if BMCG does pay WKT US$700k, WKT will also need to create a new listing, the same as the WKTAL's that were recently paid out.
I am glad you are also thinking BMCG might soon return.
