I was actually going to tag you Gold and ask what you thought as I noticed you hadn’t said anything and from memory was someone on these boards that had past experience in factory builds etc.
I think the main question I had was whether you thought the amount raised will cover the build but as you said no figures have been given.
Hopefully they have accidentally left them out because not providing them sorta looks like they unsure which doesn’t give us confidence.
Additionally no real timeframe on the build etc is annoying (and no real reference as to why they need so much more compared to the last raise or even a mention about it)
In contrast, something like this from another company really gives you an indication of where the funds are being spent and is how I think they could have managed it better:
