This37m in stock, after reviewing previous announcements relates to Toondoon MiningLease acquisition and taking into account the decline in SP since Aug 21 when acquisitionwas first announced 37m x 0.5c = $1.85m looks to be a good buy – albeit we needto see the detail and vote. As for moving stock these shares are yet to beissued and I assume recipients, which first agreed to the transaction at a baseprice of 0.7c (as per ASX release HERE) won’t be in any rush to part with holding – once deal is completed.
