I have a few questions about the non tradable rights issue. obviously iam stuck with a few shares that are very down with zoono. iam not clear on how these offers work obviously.
if i was to buy some of these shares that are on offer with the 1:4 ratio... are any of these shares going to be merged into the amount i already have and average down the whole lot. Or are they all going to be seperate.
are the 3 free shares the are on options for 3 year expiry only sellable at a capped rate of 0.10. is that whats meant by exercisable?
iam still learning all this and just still want some dignity that we all start somewhere.. atleast iam learning from a mistake quite well.. i just dont want to make another one with purchasing more of this company.
