Okay, I admit that I have no idea what this announcement is really about.

It seems like a "half-pregnant" announcement - "we are extending the deadlines, but the timeline is not changing."

Here is the timetable from the 17 January Announcement:


But now they are extending with: "The parties have also agreed to extend the End Date for satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent to completion of the Acquisition to 4 May 2020"

And then they add: "While this is an end date to the agreement, the indicative timetable included in the NoM remains the same."

I am not sure why this new announcement was required, if there is an issue with NS or OBJ or the Capital Raising and what other timelines might change.
