My understanding (and I could be wrong) is that Vox Royalty acquired the ongoing 2.5% net smelter royalty originally part of the Stratmin deal. Whether Vox Royalty is a SH of BSM is neither here nor there. But they will be a (albeit small) recipient of revenue from future sales of Graphmada. So, unless they decide to invest in Bass in some other way (which is a possibility, I suppose) then the connection favours Vox not us.
