I find it strange that the company hasn't had noteworthy news announcement for years, their future hangs on a court ruling and today they get their day in court with supposedly an outstanding chance of success, yet they made no announcement when the date was confirmed after the hearing on the 3rd and no announcement on the day of the trial!
One wonders why!
If I was a director, I would have not only seized the moment, giving the market some positive news, but also as a matter of respect to the shareholders and backers who have lost a lot of money and supported the company over what has been a very long dry spell, I would have given an update at every opportunity.
I find it strange that the company hasn't had noteworthy news...
