I wonder if the Co has approached the minister/gov't for any informal settlement discussions prior to this upcoming appeal.....
As I have said before I don't like the Co chance's of winning because at the end of the day they didn't follow requirements/procedures.....and if in doubt the Co should have clarified everything with the relevant gov't departments before they continued on with the project.
What I would like to know is what has the Co decided to do if the decision goes against them.....and what has happen to the other legal firm about misleading the Co and court and now the added costs.........do they have a claim for the delays resulting from same !!!!!!!
