Personally I think they will lose the case..........bottom line to me is that they didn't follow proper government protocols and didn't have relevant approvals/permission.....they presumed it was ok !!!!!!!.
Also before all this court matter started they really had nothing, without all the relevant infrastructure water, elec', transport necessary to aim for any production/ recovery, BFS etc etc etc
somewhat IMO like a lost cause.......they should have started up or looked into a new business venture
Personally I think they will lose the case..........bottom line...
