QMAC, fundamentally they have a good chance of winning the court case and every incentive and resource to get it right this time and quickly (I think the recent events gave the board and backers a fright and unless they show some serious results, the license wont get renewed again and the backers will leave MTB and not return)....and even if they only achieve a fraction of their potential, the share price should make a spectacular recovery as its fallen to the price of an options contract.
However, history has shown with this stock, despite the strong fundamentals, it won't happen!
