this case is progressing through the supreme court of nsw.last friday 3rd july sfh vs muirhead nominees pty ltd had directions hearing.theres been return of subpena verdict in sfh favour with costs awarded to sfh.if this is not settled out of court then will progress to a hearing.simon feldman ,ex head of property at sfh is one of 6 defendants to this matter.you can read the judges ex tempore judgement at the nsw supreme court website under judgements.gives some insight into the case.who the plantiff and defendants solicitors are ect.will be of intrest when sfh tells us how much exactly has been mis apropriated.and what assets of the defendants have been located and cavats put on them.then in the final washup will insurance cover alleged fraud-s.if anyone knows more please keep us posted,thanks
