Lets face the indisputable fact - Hanlong have never been serious about this deal.
I see 2 scenarios:
1. Hanlong use CDB excuse to terminate; or
2. Hanlong lower their bid, push back the scheme and hope for a counter.
Either way, I don't see Hanlong consummating this deal.
