Firstly a denial that the company does not know who are the beneficial owners of Red 5 (he could simply refuse to answer, however, he DENIED knowing who it was)
Then the follow up suggests it has family members and seed investors
I am not suggesting there is anything untoward about using a structure such as this to house your holdings, but why seemingly put that statement on the public record? it makes very little sense to me.
