New Hope and Green Park have indicated their intention to support the Scheme in the absence of a superior proposal and subject to the Independent Expert continuing to conclude that the Scheme is in the best interests of Dart shareholders.
I wonder how close we are to Deloitte not being able to state that the proposal is in the best interests of Dart shareholders. Is it simply a matter of the Igas SP falling a bit more? Is that something that could happen? What would these sell-outs do in that case?
