United States are heading over I believe as the term now used is Insurgents and Terrorists and not a local militant group. Let's pray for the safety of the people and indeed a quick result to get the project back on track. May I add, this project is not stopping, the mammoth construction will still go ahead this is only a delay. RBR still has everything in place as they did a few days ago, this is not a reflection on RBR and there services will still be needed and continuing.
