    @westside, I really appreciate your offer, but I have decided to stay with the company. I do hope that Armour will be able to unlock the huge potential value of the properties in the years to come. That way I can proudly tell to my children someday that I have made the right decision by saying No to your gracious offer. Wish you all the best in your other ventures.
