Yeah, also confused. Sounds like they've simply made a deal along the lines of: "righto chaps, you done messed up... you're our little bi*#ch now but we still think the product definitely has potential... so, pay us this amount now as a get out of jail free(ish) card, we'll let you negotiate some financing terms with some other parties, and if we like the terms... then great. If we don't like the terms, you've got two more chances... then we take you for everything..." ??? But yes either way... guns to the head. We need a knight in shinning armour with deep pockets asap by the sounds. Such a shame - really thought this was going to take the world by storm. Fooled me anyway.
