BCI isn’t really much further advanced than AMN.
I don’t think they have been in the sector as long as AMN.
Hard to see what they offer from a technical perspective.
They are primarily salt and there are no obvious operational synergies. For example the BCI jetty wouldn’t be an advantage over the current plan.
